The Changemaker Academy
Symphony Advantage has partnered with the Institute for Corporate Transformation, Harvard University's Director, Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership Leith Sharp and changemakers around the world to offer the Changemaker Academy.
As a future changemaker, you can come from anywhere in an organization – all you need is a desire to help your organization become more socially and environmentally sustainable.
The course begins as an 8-week, paradigm-shifting experience designed to give you the tools to deliver the expanded social and environmental performance demanded in today’s marketplace.
Complete the 8-week course successfully and you’ll be invited to join a 6-month practicum at no additional cost, to practice your newfound skills as you lead a real-life change initiative of your choosing in your company, surrounded by other changemakers who are doing the same.
Beyond Zero CEO Retreat
Symphony Advantage has partnered with Nathan Havey, Beyond Zero writer and director, and Meghan French Dunbar, co-founder and former CEO of Conscious Company Media, to offer the Beyond Zero CEO Retreat.
The retreat will help you unlock your own meaningful vision for your company alongside other experienced CEOs who are on the same journey.
It is anchored around the award-winning documentary Beyond Zero, which tells the 25-year journey of Ray Anderson and Interface. The film offers an inspirational outlook on how businesses can reverse climate change and create a socially and environmentally sustainable world.
You'll leave the retreat with the tools required to successfully implement your new vision and ready to change your business, and life, for good.
Following the in-person retreat, you will be guided through a 6-week virtual integration period with the other attendees. It's one thing to set a vision — it's another to be in a supportive community of peers and expert guides who will help you take your first steps to completely transform your company.
