The Master Key Executive method provides concrete solutions to the all-too-familiar conundrum that most CEOs spend less than 20% of their time doing what brings the greatest value to their organization to impact growth and revenue. Indeed, after 5 years in operation, as a business grows, it gets more complex. Entrepreneurs are then left doing or worrying about things that are not the best use of their limited resources. More importantly, they can lose sight of the passion, energy and purpose that led them to start an organization in the first place.

 

An effective second in command – or Master Key Executive (MKE) –, when given the right development tools, can give an entrepreneur the freedom needed to get back to this original vision. Simultaneously, the second in command is given the freedom to grow as a leader.

 

This program is partly based on licensed content from Larry Linne's best-selling book Make the Noise Go Away. These sessions are led by Kent Gregoire, the Founder and CEO of Symphony Advantage, also known as the CEO to CEOs. Using this method, our company has helped thousands of successful entrepreneurs get back to doing what they do best.

 

Who should attend: key executives who are a direct report to the CEO (i.e. COO, VP, Division Director, “righthand” person, second in command etc.). There are six sessions that include the participation of the entrepreneur/CEO.

Format: videoconferencing sessions for added flexibility (including make-up sessions)

Dates: the first session is private for the CEO and their key executive. Upon completion of this first session, the CEO and their key executive are then placed in the next scheduled rotation to continue the curriculum. The CEO is required to join five (5) out of the ten (10) Zoom sessions, while the key executive is required to attend them all.

Duration: Eleven (11) sessions scheduled over a 12-month period:

• Ten (10) 3-hour Zoom classes to deepen the connection with other participants.

• One (1) 90-minute private coaching session with the entrepreneur/CEO and their key executive.

 

What: This comprehensive 12-month program will provide key executives with concrete tools related to upward communication, innovation and decision-making as well as client, culture, and performance management strategies and techniques. In parallel, entrepreneurs will gain back freedom to grow their bottom line.
