In addition to his work with Symphony Advantage, Kent is also a serial entrepreneur, an angel investor in purpose-driven companies, and a sought-after speaker in the U.S. and beyond.

 

Kent launched his first manufacturing company at age 14. Since then, he has been a fun spirited entrepreneur focused on growing conscious businesses and guiding countless others to achieve similar results.

 

Kent founded, and was the lead stakeholder of, more than a dozen organizations. He accompanied his companies through all phases of their business cycle - start-up, growth, repositioning. He led many of those through successful exits and raised tens of millions of dollars in private capital for business acquisitions, start-ups and expansions.
